Respect yourself
Do not endanger yourself by participating in activities that are above your skill level and experience (i.e. if you don’t know how to swim, don't get in the river/ocean. If you have never hiked before, don't do a difficult one on your first try, etc.)
Howling Coyote is in no way responsible for the consequences of our guests' actions. By going forward with your booking you pledge to take responsibility for your actions and the consequences that follow.
Respect the environment
As humans our job is to be stewards of the earth so;
NO LITTERING (if caught we WILL report you so you can be fined and ticketed appropriately) carry and keep ALL trash until you find an appropriate place to dispose.
Follow “Leave No Trace.”
NO TOUCHING/harassing wildlife. If you are lucky enough to experience a wildlife encounter they are to be admired from a respectful distance.
Respect your fellow passengers
Verbal/physical abuse, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, bigotry, hatred and general asshole-ry are not tolerated on our trips.
Respect your driver
Listen to driver instructions especially when inside the van.
No verbal or physical abuse of drivers will be tolerated.
Return to the van/meet up point on time after free time/unsupervised portions of the tour so as not to cause unnecessary delays.
Respect the van
Pick up your trash.
Notify drivers of spills, messes, damage (things happen, we will be understanding if you inform us).
Not following the rules of RESPECT can and will result in a permanent ban from our trips and involving the proper authorities

Departure Times and Locations
We endeavor to provide departure locations and times for the service, which are as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.
Tour Routes
We reserve the right to deviate from the route of a service in the event of marches, parades or where prudent to do so in the light of the circumstances. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by breakdowns, traffic conditions, inclement weather, accidents, park closures, wildfires and other conditions beyond our control.
Luggage Policy
You are allowed to travel with up to 2 large bags/suitcases free of charge. Specialty equipment; Bikes, Surfboards etc should be selected before checkout and come with an extra fee for loading and securing etc. If you would like to bring specialty oversized equipment please reach out to us via phone or email and we will try our best to accommodate for a modest fee. You must advise us of oversize luggage 48 hours prior to departure in order to guarantee the accommodation of the luggage on the vehicle. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
Pricing and Promotional Offers
All prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes, tolls and entry fees unless otherwise noted in the tour description. We reserve the right to alter the prices of any tour package immediately and without notice.
We may offer discounts or promotional offers, with or without a promotional code. These codes are only valid for one transaction. We do not bear any responsibility or liability for discounts or promotional offers published on external websites and reserves the right to withdraw any discounts and promotional offers at any time without notice.Tour purchases are final and promotional prices may not be applied after purchase or if you discover a different rate or offer on another website.
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be given for cancellations to any reservations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellation made between 48-24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations with less 24 hours’ notice will not be entitled to any refunds.

You hereby acknowledge that Howling Coyote Transport may take photographs or video on-board any of our tours. This is for safety purposes only; we do not retain images or use them for marketing or promotional purposes without your consent.
General Conditions
Howling Coyote Transport will not refuse to provide transportation based upon race, color, national origin, religion, gender, or orientation.We are not responsible for any lost items left in our vehicles. Dogs are allowed on some trips and there may be dogs in the vehicle on your trip, if your wish to bring a pet it must be arranged in advance and you must sign documentation that your dog has never displayed aggressive behavior and that you are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet, if you do not agree to these terms in advance you will be turned away. ADA service animals are always welcome without notice but sufficient advance notice is requested so that we can ensure there will be enough room for the animal and seat you both comfortably.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages or cannabis products is prohibited on board our vehicles.We require that customers remain seated while the tour vehicle is in motion.We may, at our discretion and without further liability, remove a guest from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in a way that constitutes a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers.

Therefore, if you choose to engage in tour activities or utilize vehicles provided by Howling Coyote Transport, you may be increasing your risk of contracting or spreading an infectious disease.
Waiver of Lawsuit/Liability
I hereby and forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Howling Coyote Transport LLC and its owners, officers, directors, managers, officials, trustees, agents, employees, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of infectious diseases or viruses, personal injury or property damage or loss related to utilizing services and vehicles provided by Howling Coyote Transport. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims including, but not limited to, personal injuries, death, disease, property loss or any other loss. In addition, I hereby and forever waive any claims of negligence, and any claim I may have to seek damages, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
