~Cancellation Policy~
When booking we take a $5 non-refundable deposit to cover processing fees. Customers who cancel after booking will receive a full refund, minus the processing fee, or credit if cancelling more than 48 hours ahead of departure time. Cancellations within 48-24 hours of departure time will receive a 50% refund or credit. No-shows will be charged the full price. All “full-refunds” do not include the $5 processing fee.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
